Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Troubleshoot system malfunctions • Balance system settings and perform minimal end user training • Perform software and firmware updates, create back-up files, system maintenance • Complete equipment training certifications related to your field • Seek out opportunities to fulfill clients’ technology needs, even beyond your field of expertise • Work with sales and administrative teammates to serve our clients well
