Job Summary: Junior Achievement (JA) of Memphis and the Mid-South is seeking a talented and versatile Communications Manager to lead our marketing and communications efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and event planning. This role is critical in promoting JA's mission of empowering young people to own their economic success. Organization: Junior Achievement of Memphis and the Mid-South Location: Memphis, TN Position Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Management o Manage JA's social presence across multiple platforms o Create and implement content calendars o Build and maintain audience engagement o Provide monthly insights and performance reports 2. Website Maintenance o Maintain JA's website(s) using WordPress CMS o Update content and graphics regularly o Provide monthly Google Analytics reports and insights 3. E-Newsletter Management o Manage monthly e-news and event-specific e-newsletters o Maintain Constant Contact databases and list segmentation o Report on e-newsletter performance 4. Marketing Materials o Create and oversee JA's marketing collateral o Ensure adherence to JA USA brand standards and local brand identity 5. Design o Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, and/or Adobe Suite 6. Photography o Capture photos at JA events and programs o Create and maintain categorized photo archives 7. Event Planning and Assistance o Support planning for internal and external events, including fundraisers and program-related events 8. Vendor Management o Manage relationships with promo item companies, printers, sign companies, design firms, career apparel vendors, food vendors, etc. 9. Compliance o Ensure marketing-related grant compliance o Provide compliance reports as needed 10. General Support o Serve as a marketing resource for JA staff and partners o Support programs, fundraising, outreach, and events o Provide support to the development team in creating compelling donor communications and fundraising materials 11. Reporting o Reports directly to the Senior Development Manager Ideal Candidates: ? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field ? 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related role ? Strong digital marketing skills, including social media and website management ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Proficiency in design software and e-newsletter platforms ? Event planning experience a plus ? Position Overview: We seek a passionate Education Specialist to develop, implement, and evaluate programs that inspire and prepare youth for success in a global economy. Job Description:
Junior Achievement of Memphis & the Mid-South is seeking high energy, proactive, detail- orientated individuals to serve as part-time Capstone Instructional Coordinators. POSITION DESCRIPTION As a part-time Instructional Coordinator, you will assist with the daily operation of the JA BizTown and JA Finance Park simulation. You will act as a resource to students, volunteers and teachers, and will support the implementation of activities including: · Facilitate simulation activities efficiently and effectively by managing processes for assigned businesses/groups, including hands on instruction with students; · Train adult volunteers for their role within the program (this includes presenting to large and small groups, and one-on-one instruction); · Maintain overall instructional excellence of the program for all stakeholders (sponsors, teachers, volunteers & students); · Assist with necessary set up of the Capstone facility for student visits and volunteer/teacher training sessions; · Monitor inventory of simulation supplies; · Assist Manager with various administrative tasks in support of the program, as needed. Position Schedule: Instructional Coordinators would be expected to be available an average of 3 days per week during the school year (Sept-May).
